Research interest

My core research interest is on physiological properties of zoonotic diseases where pathological pathway and host cellular response are my major concern. I believe that understanding the pathological pathway and host cellular response toward infection provide invaluable insight on how to relief outbreak, prevent emerging outbreak and even finding possible cure for this diseases. While there are numerous research on physiological properties of these diseases on human, I am interested in the physiological properties of these diseases on wild animal that act as natural reservoir and direct or indirect vector.
